You can ask Souvenir City Chicago to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email SouvenirCityChicago393@gmail.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”, or call (773) 321-6055.
- Include the email address and name used on your account or orders so we can find your records.
- We will confirm your identity, delete your data, and reply within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your customer account, saved addresses, marketing preferences, and any messages you have sent us. We also request deletion from the advertising and analytics platforms we use where they hold data tied to you.
What we have to keep
Records of completed orders are kept for tax and accounting purposes (generally seven years) as the law requires. Those records are then deleted.
Facebook, Instagram and Google login or ads data
If you interacted with us through Facebook, Instagram or Google, the same request covers data we received from those platforms. You can also manage the data those platforms hold through their own settings.
