These terms apply to your use of https://www.souvenircitychicago.com and to every order you place with Souvenir City Chicago. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and pricing
- All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.
- An order is accepted when we send your shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud, and we will refund any payment taken.
- Product photos are as accurate as we can make them; colours may vary slightly from screen to product.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We do not store your full card details.
Shipping
We ship within the United States and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Tracking is available on our Shipment Tracking page. Local pick-up at our store is available for bulk orders by arrangement.
Returns and refunds
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you. For change-of-mind returns, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery; return shipping is at the buyer’s cost, and refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received. Food items and personalised or clearance items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Bulk and event orders
Bulk orders are quoted individually. Quantities, pricing, delivery dates and any deposit are confirmed in writing before we begin. See our Bulk Orders page.
Intellectual property
Team names, logos and other marks on licensed merchandise belong to their respective owners and are used under licence. Site content belongs to Souvenir City Chicago and may not be copied without permission.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
