Souvenir City Chicago ships to addresses in the United States only. Every order goes out by USPS.

What shipping costs

• Orders under $100: a flat $10, wherever you are in the US.
• Orders of $100 or more: free shipping.
• Pick up in store: free. Choose local pick-up at checkout and collect your order at 343 E Illinois St, Chicago, IL 60611.

How long it takes

Most orders arrive within 8 to 10 days of purchase, and many arrive sooner. You can follow your parcel on our Shipment Tracking page.

Outside the US

We cannot ship to addresses outside the United States. If you are visiting Chicago, you can shop in store or order online and pick up in store.
