Lake Shore Drive Shallot & Herb Seasoning

Lake Shore Drive Shallot & Herb Seasoning is a blend of freeze-dried shallots, chives, onion, garlic, green peppercorns and salt. The seasoning captures the character of Chicago's famous Lake Shore Drive in a jar. Hand-grated freeze-dried shallots and powdered green peppercorns provide concentrated allium flavor with a hint of pepper. This versatile blend works well over vegetables, chicken, fish, pasta or rice.

Suitable for home cooks who enjoy herbal, savory seasonings and those seeking Chicago-inspired culinary gifts.

This seasoning is available at Souvenir City Chicago, located two blocks from Navy Pier at 343 E Illinois St. We ship anywhere in the US, and bulk orders for groups and events are welcome.
